Watching the sun go down

I’d wanted to come to see the Anthony Gormley figures on Cross Beach for a very long time. And now I’ve seen them.

When we first arrived the tide was in and we could just see the head of one.

As the tide went out we started to see the others. There are 100 in total. I don’t know how many we saw but it’s an amazing installation.

Between HtP and I we have some amazing photos. In this one a couple are watching the sun go down with one of the statues. See one of my others as an extra.

We had a lovely day. As we don’t have the dogs with us we’ve enjoyed seeing all of the dogs on the beach.

It’s really worth going.
