Time For Tea

After the strain my back went through yesterday (standing for too long and sitting on old church pews for too long) I have had a very gentle day and the front door hasn't even been unlocked.

When I went to make a pot of tea mid morning  I thought the blue skies and fluffy clouds might make a good subject for TrikinDave and his quest for knowledge in infrared photography.
So I went and got my converted camera and took a couple of snaps.
The camera is set to take both RAW and (black & white) jpeg to give me the best range of options. It also means that I can get a straight comparison between black & white and the false colour given with a 720nm filter. 
This one I have 'worked on' and brought the blue back to the sky.

In the afternoon - when I went to make another cup of tea I thought I would get a couple of daft shots, so it was the basil on the windowsill and the tea cozy  .... which got chosen as my Blip.
