Fresh meat

I’m always passing this ghost sign in Lindford and finally got round to taking a picture of it today.

Back-wise, I did some research and found out that actually you shouldn’t rest it but instead should keep moving and go about your usual business. So I took some Ibuprofen, walked the dogs, did some housework, did a dump run and went to the garden centre. The pain has reduced as the day has gone on so fingers crossed.
