Went to the Sand Sculpting Competition at the beach today, and WOW, there were some really interesting sculptures!  My favorite was the Valkyrie ......just amazing what these talented artists can do with SAND!!!!  
There was also a Chalk Art Festival this past weekend and today, so I went to that as well and there were SO MANY that could have been my favorites, so it was difficult to choose just one.  One was done on the grassy field, very simple, but effective.  The other favorite was the children playing with hula hoops.....both were done on flat surfaces, but look three dimensional!  
A good and fun day, and now I'm exhausted!!!  Time to have a beer....
