It's been a while

Well due to one thing or another I've not been on the boat for a few weeks
Despite doing a helm's course felt like I was starting again. Didn't help slipping on mooring boards and landing on my backside. After recovering from a bruised pride (why do these things only happen when there are people about) we set off into the winter sun
Planned to moor up next to a nice restaurant for dinner. Just made it before dark to find that they shut at 3 on Tuesdays. Their breakfast had better be good. 
Just have to put on the oven and open a bottle of red with she who must be obeyed.
