LIFE IS HECTIC:

It has been a very busy day. This morning a group of 12 gardening friends came to look at the garden; they brought their lunch with them, me providing, tea, coffee, milk & hot water. We sat out under the albitzias in the back courtyard to eat.
Then at 1pm I had 3 Americans who were on a bus tour of N. Z. spending 2 nights in Queenstown. Having read my book, they hired a taxi & came to meet me. Having come so far, I thought it was right & proper to give them lunch, which they appreciated . So I farewelled one group & welcomed the other. It has been a fun day & we had the same brilliant weather as the previous two days. Hot, hot & no wind ! How lucky can you be ?
P. S. I’m the one with the snowy hair. Funny that !
