Lucky Shot

I have a difficult time catching these Northern Flickers.  They are easily spooked and move quickly.  When I had my bird feeder up I could occasionally catch one snacking.  Then generally feed on the ground, digging for ants and beetles so I suspect he/she was looking for a meal.  I love their varied patterns with the splash of red.
