Purity Weekend - Day 1 - Billy and friends!

Actually it isn't really day one as it began in the evening but I'm still going to call it Day 1! . . .

So, this weekend we have had a 'Purity Weekend' (I'm back-blipping by the way).
That probably sounds really strange by basically it was a weekend where about 20 girls came together and learnt about pure relationships, marriage, our relationship with God, how to approach relationships in a pure way, how to be godly women and things like that. It was really good!

So, now for 'Day 1':
We arrived at Abi's house (the girl who was hosting the weekend) about 5:30pm. We settled in and everyone else arrived and we had tea and then we had our first meeting. A lady called Lisa gave her testimony which was amazing and really encouraging. After the meeting we had hot chocolate (yum yum!) and played some games and got to know everyone better. Basically, the girl hosting the weekend is a friend of Grace and Sarah's who are two of my friends from church. Most of the girls there were home - educated, only four of us go to school so it was really strange to be in the minority! But it was a really nice environment to be in :)
