Taking a Nap

Had a lovely ride this morning on Scooby and a good old catch up with B, the sun was out and it put a spring back in my step, just what I needed.

Home and a quick change and off to meet A and R at Bradford on Avon for a spot of running. Tried out my new trail trainers, very comfy, no aches or rubbing and they got nice and wet an muddy.

We managed 6.2miles I think it was in the end in 1hr and 1min and had a good old gossip on the way.

Home and the ironing is done, and its time to chill out!
