Orchid Flowers

My birthday is in July and I have managed to keep the lovely orchid I was given alive in till now. Sadly during the day the last four flowers have fallen off one of the stems and the stem has gone a bit brown. I have been very good in watering it every week, but it seems to be curling up its toes :(

In other news I went for a run this evening, first time since I tweeted my calf over a week ago. After about a mile the pain in my calf was back. Just hope three weeks rest while I'm on my holibobs will do the trick!
