Maywick tae Ramna Geo

A day of gales and wintery showers.

I've been working on the museum desk in the morning.  It was a steady morning of visitors, and plenty of folk naming people in my exhibition.  With the names coming in, I also got them uploaded to the database.  I had the afternoon off, and headed to Burra to pick up a new to me fridge.  Later I headed down to my brother Jonny's, butbte was at work.  Ruth was home, and the bairns soon arrived home from school.  It's been a quiet evening at home with the telly, and the odd quick walk with Sammy.

I had plans to go snap some big waves rolling in this aftenoon, but every time I stopped the car, hail showers started.  I finally got out walkies with Sammy over the lea side of the Ness of Ireland, and a wonderful view over mam's old home, Maywick.  There maybe wasn't the waves, but I love the view.  Looking down on Maywick and to Ramna Geo, with the Clift Sound north.
