Winter Flowers

Another day that started bright and sunny. this one stayed that way :-)  The winter flowering Iris unguicularis is sending up new flowers almost daily.  This one is a seedling long established in the south facing border under the sitting room window.

A quiet day for Jamie and me.  I did explore the top of some kitchen cupboards and the fridge where 'things without a place' have accumulated over the years .... found some amazing cobwebs up there!
