Horsing Around St. Jacobs
Linda and I drove to London and Stratford for a few big Christmas bazaars. I scored a complete series DVD set of Jeeves & Wooster and Linda scored some heirloom jewelry, baked goods, and other nifty stuff. After Stratford, we went to Waterloo Market to get a trunk-load of birdseed from the Mennonites and peanuts from Picard's Peanuts. In St. Jacobs proper, we got one of their amazing quiches and some cheesy tea biscuits. The town is dressed up for Christmas, has a roving band of carolers, and the horses are out drawing tourists around town in the tram. Rain. Lots of rain.
