Knowledge comes, but wisdom lingers

An attempt to achieve wisdom started with an early walk past Tennyson and Lincoln Cathedral early this morning. Both were looking splendid in the winter sunshine.

I spent most of the day on the ground floor of the library, deep in social cognitive learning theory. Once again, time passed too quickly and I felt I could have stayed as long again. 

Him Outdoors came to pick me up and we were ventured into the less than inspiring world of Sunday afternoon supermarket! Twas busy and far too Christmassy!

We did procure the makings of Sunday night bangers and mash, though. Excellent comfort food before the glorious Blue Planet!
