Watch out below
Taking advantage of what, if the weatherman is right, may be one of the best days for a while, I headed off to one of my two favourite coastal locations for the day: Bosham near Chichester and Selsey.
The beach at Selsey was heaped high with seaweed, and the birds were grazing. There were some lovely little black and white ones which darted here and there - apparently they are called Turnstones, which fits their behaviour well. They were a bit too fast and far away for a successful shot with my 250mm lens.
This gull was more successful, though I should really have upped the ISO to get a faster shutter speed - 1/1000 is normally recommended
