From Greenwich to the City of London
Mum and I took advantage of the glorious Autumn weather by heading up to Greenwich Park for another picnic lunch, and a wander round the Royal Observatory grounds.
The views across the park to the Docklands and towards the city were obviously a big draw with the tourists, and not to be out done, I took my fair share of shots.
This one shows St Paul's Cathedral, no longer hidden by tall buildings, though never the less, dwarfed by The Shard to the west and the City, with the Gerkin to the east. If you look large, you should be able to make out Tower Bridge in its front.
