Christmas lights

We spent the afternoon with good friends who used to be neighbours. It’s been five years since we last saw each other but it felt like yesterday.

We then headed into town to meet us with I&S and W&P. Drinks at the Fiddlers Arms and pizza at Mamma’s filled with lots of laughs and talking nonsense. Hard to beat really but hard to say goodbye to W&P who head home tomorrow.

Having taken the car, we used the opportunity to get a glimpse of some of the Christmas lights that were switched on yesterday. This one is described as beings the gravity defying drop tower which basically means people will get a birds eye view before being dropped to the ground at record speed.

Not for me thank you very much but the lights are certainly impressive.
