Water Lily

Staying with friends in Walton, we were very happy to be taken to the RHS headquarters at Wisley on a classic Autumn afternoon. There have been some changes since the last time we went there, not least the 'new' glasshouse, built in 2007. This alone could occupy an entire day, and it is hard to choose one blip from them all. However the tranquility of this pool, the subtle leaf colours and the irridescence of the flower just stole the show.
