Still Felling

We took a walk down in to Bingley this afternoon to pick up some essentials and returned via the garden centre to have a look around the Christmas Shop.

In Bingley St Ives, we walked around the area which is cordoned off for the felling of the ailing larches.  It is very extensive and they are still working on it.  My blip is of more logs being stacked for collection.  It will be interesting to see if they clear the ground when they are finished or allow it to naturally decay.  They will be replanting with broadleaved varieties at some point.
