Backblip of day 4 of our trip to Athens.


We definetely wanted to watch the Change of Guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. It is well worth to have a look at the video.
Everything has to be perfect, as you can see in the main blip.
But, blimey, during the ceremony we got the biggest downpour you can imagine. The guards were going on without showing emotions, but the audience fleed under the nearby trees. I kept on blipping - but I was drenched to the bones.
We added a new agenda item - return to the hotel and change clothes :-))
So we started later to our trip to Piraeus with the port of Athens.
We made a long walk through the alleys and enjoyed a beautiful sunset at the coast. (See extra)
It was already dark when we arrived at the Marina of Piraeus. It is almost round and has some persumably very expensive boats to anchor.
