Frost and snow

Woke up this morning to a covering of frost, providing a pretty lacy edging to the cotoneaster leaves.  Extra is once the snow started up in earnest - put out some extra fat balls for the garden sparrows, love the expression of the one stuck on the branch waiting for his turn.  Once the snow stopped and the sky lightened a little I got another couple of streets of my Dollar News delivered, actually quite enjoyed crunching up people's front paths :-))
