Police on duty at Waverley

A couple of seconds before I took this shot this morning there were three policemen lined up on the this bridge at Waverley station. Trying to capture them together all facing the same direction, however, felt like waiting to get a good wildlife shot. In the end I settled for two of the species.

We're now into the marking season on campus so some of my day was devoted to student assessments. I also had a couple of PhD supervisions and a meeting with my boss about my workload. The latter led to a phone call to the HR department to check my annual leave. I appear to have more to take this year than I thought :-)

Oh, and by the way, I think that it is winter now.
