St Margaret's Loch - 'Scottish Power' rantings
It was 2.15pm when I got Blipped beside this loch. It looks as if it was taken during the night, it's so dark. …..............But hey ho, that's Scotland in winter?!
…..............As for ranting about 'Scottish Power' (see here and here and here and here and here), Ann has promised she is not going to RANT about them any more. Yay!
OK – just a teeny, weeny little rant. Lol! 'Scottish Power' must be the most unfriendly, impersonal, unprofessional, incompetent, utility company in the whole of the UK. They start all their emails with the same sentence, which is; 'I can see that you are enquiring about xxxxx'. Unfortunately their database just seems to pick up on key words so one always gets a reply that doesn't make any sense to the questions asked. But, hey ho, they always respond within their 48hrs target time. Obviously doesn't matter that they haven't responded to what was being asked?? They've responded
within the time stated so that will look great on their marketing blurb. And as for phoning, one can never, ever, get through to a real live person. One always gets a recorded message saying that if you request a call back you will not lose your place in the queue. Call backs normally take 30-40mins. Call backs are made from a 'minion reading a script'; they do not have the facility to actually look back at previous correspondence or bills and are trying to deal with individual problems using a 'ghost template'. And they also spend a lot of time trying to make you go on line to look at the FAQs. Duh! Do they really think one would be putting oneself through the torture of phoning them if the problem could be solved by reading the FAQs?
Anyway we are never, ever going to rant about 'Scottish Power' again.
…..............We're going to switch to another supplier so Ann has spent most of today on price comparison sites. She might have to have a bit of a rant about price comparison sites. Lol!
…................Soon all our electricity supplier problems will be solved. Yay!
