Edinburgh from Longniddry

A fairly usual Saturday with shopping and visiting the relatives. With the added visit to the hospital.

I went to my mother’s at North Berwick and we went out to some shops. I even bumped into a former colleague Maureen and we had a great catch up.

On my way back the sun was setting and the view I love of Edinburgh was looking spectacular. Added to that the reports on the radio of the Scotland -Australia match were exciting and inspiring.

My blip of fields of Brussels sprouts had to give way to this one.

Good friends were visiting tonight and with their help we chose this one. The Brussels sprouts can wait for another week!
