Awoke this morning to this wonderful sight from the balcony, five floors up. By the way, for those not in the know, those racks below are provided for the residents to hang out their washing and in particular, their carpets for beating.
It's still snowing and we are about to head off for the new house. Painting awaits tomorrow along with the arrival of the kitchen installers. Then on Tuesday it's the turn of the internet providers. We are being promised 100Mbs Fibre Optic internet connection. In fact the cable has been laid and currently terminates outside the front door.
Not worth coming back here for a couple of days, so it's adios for a while. With no internet in the house right now, I cannot guarantee being in touch until whenever.........
