Just off Princes Street in Edinburgh this has appeared. It is a baby  elephant. I expressed an opinion that I thought it was awful, and when I worked in quarries I'd have it crushed for aggregate. (It looks like Corrennie granite to me (one of my old quarries). More Helluvalump than Heffalump.

I thought I had done better so the accompanying photo is one I made earlier out of that self hardening clay stuff. Now that is how you do baby elephants! However mine took considerably less effort.
