Another georgous day today.

Chris M arrived at work this afternoon announcing that he'd tried to get an image of frogs doing what the birds and bees do (see Sea Urchin's and Kamran's recent blips - sorry I can't do URL's yet), but didn't have a long enough lens. Said he'd seen a frog threesome ....

These crackled glasses were a present from my ex boss, and were made in Broxbourne by a technique first used in the 1930's, as a way of re-cycling glass that had imperfections (small stones etc) in, that couldn't be used for clear, uncrackled glass. They're heavy and feel nice in the hand.
