The Markets Are Open

Two days ago this was still being built . Same re outdoor markets. Now all's complete,, date is right & markets are open.Considering wet weather doing well. Here's UK once more  with France in the distance Greece and Italy are also represented .Not so pleased with my filming so will return some time and redo as a video can include all. What appeals to the inner child of this blipper are the moving figures. Can anyone guess or spot what the bear left of Big Ben is doing ?  CLUE ) Very topical .
