Suspended Rubbish (in Berlin)

This morning I saw this tree which seemed to be wearing a suspender belt on which were official yellow sacks stating what could / should be in them. Extra gives detail. Why hang so you may ask .This is Alt Stadt hence pavements are narrow also wildlife is plentiful .Avoid people tripping over, or animals tearing sacks open?  Blipped  walked on 10 minutes later it was gone ..officially collected. Efficiency .
Been a 'rubbishy' sort of day .1st thing the gardeners and rubbish collectors where again at T H Platz .Down at  Kladow I saw the above and at Imchenplatz more cleaning and gardening was underway ready for the Kristkindlmarkt 8th and 9th December. Note to self, a blip and bird day .
