Cooking with L.

I decided that today was the day to start cooking with L. She is a tricky eater at the best of times so, maybe, if she sees and is involved in preparing some food she might (only might) like to try a bit more.

Today was fun. I got everything ready whilst she was napping for the frittatas.

L was intrigued by the raw eggs when I cracked them in the bowl, wasn’t fussed by the carrot and courgette but enjoyed putting the cheese and flour into the mixture. She had a go at stirring (or bashing) the mixture and tasted quite a bit of cheese!

She didn’t like the finished result, but it was a start!
