The Always Busy Table

Today I thought I'd snap the table somewhere in the middle of the chaos day..this is what it looks like most days and then we have to do a speedy clean-up every night so we can eat dinner :0)

We warmed up around here today, the sun was out and the skies were blue again - hooray. We read about the Brits taking over New Amsterdam, and then, some of the kids went out to their pilgrim settlement they'd built last week and re-enacted the story, but this time they fought the British warships and chased them away :0) ...thought it was quite funny when they told me about it. When I went out there they'd "re-directed the water and filled a lake" and were happily ankle deep in a mud pool :0)
