Give A Little Love

After being eaten alive by midges during my gardening escapade at The Yard (over 40 and counting) I braved it and took to our garden for a tidy up and to enjoy playing with the kids in the sunshine. It was a perfect autumnal day.

Miss A and Little D were still full of energy after tea and they chased one another round the dinner table. Miss A stopped to give Little D a hug which he fully reciprocated. He wasn't quite as enamoured, however, when she gave him a bear-hug lift and he hit her over the head with his new favourite toy, 'Sharkey'.

I think we are witnessing the love/hate relationship of siblings in its developmental phase.
