Skylon

Char and I took Sarah out for her birthday meal after work tonight.  I hot-footed it over to the Old Vic to meet them, then we walked back down to the river for a little wander along the Christmas market there (bit underwhelming), and then into the Royal Festival Hall to go to the Skylon restaurant.  Had a delicious meal in there, and a lovely time catching up - and at the end of the meal the waiter presented Sarah with this.  I'd forgotten I'd answered the 'special occasion' question on the booking!  Nice :)  We didn't sing and embarrass her.  Also nice :)

Caught the train home afterwards and Tim picked me up from the station - much appreciated on a dark and chilly evening, when I was full of tasty food!
