The Monster in the Sky

Looks like he's got arthritis to me.  I know he's a he because of all the knobbly bits.  He could be a he because he's got his head in the sky...
He could be a she who is having a bad hair day.  He could be a she.

He or she could be a tree.  Pruned.  With  knobbles.

He could be the next monster to fill the atrium at the Natural History Museum ...
