Above and Beyond

Have already blipped about how clean the Portuguese are, but was amazed again today at a man pressure washing his roof... I first noticed the water dripping off the roof, looked further up, and there he was. It was a cold and windy day, and he was occasionally enveloped in mist, just impressive.

This was in Reguengos, where we went early to leave our car for the foreseeable future - it has an unidentified judder... returned in a taxi, and straight up to the land. Mike worked hard (will show the results another day) and I sat in the sun and read the book I'm hooked by - The Last Kabbalist of Lisbon, by Richard Zimler. I know... terrible, but so long since I got lost in a book, and at least I've stopped to blip...
