Santa's sciatica

Dollar winter market today - was really well attended.  The Community Development Trust table was right next to Santa's grotto so we got lots of passing trade and signed up lots of new members.  After last night's tour of the village in his sleigh, and an afternoon spent in his grotto, Santa's back was apparently giving him gyp.  Here he is having a bit of a stretch before the next batch of kids arrive :-))
