Pink Glow

We saw Jo and Ric for lunch today and after we got back home the day was still very pleasant so I went out to Shaw Park where I've got some nice shots in the past.  In my haste to be out I didn't take the tripod, and I really wish I had, it's no weight or trouble and could have had the ISO lower.  The light was lovely, but I must admit although this is how it was, it doesn't look completely natural to me. 

My photographic session was disturbed by a fire engine arriving with a full crew, and apparently some boys had tried to set fire to one of the follies.  Fortunately not much damage had been done but really, what a mindless thing to do.  Thank you for the response to my Blackbird, I'm so glad you liked him.
