Sunset over the West End

I got the bus into Edinburgh tonight, and got off on the North Bridge just as the sun was going down over St Cuthbert's and St John's churches at the other end of Princes Street Gardens.

Crowds of tourists were scrambling for their cameras . My timing was perfect for catching this shot.

And then a lovely walk along Princes Street - into the sunset...
