Impromptu Beach Time

Today we had an impromptu trip to the beach. It's J's birthday so we figured we'd take along a BBQ and some tasty meats, have a swim and generally relax. Instead of Porty we headed out to Tyninghamme. My favourite beach. The sea was a little brisk but no where near as bad as our last trip to Portobello. Coming out with a nice warm barbecue to huddle round was an advantage as were the big flasks of vanilla soy chai.

B had taken Scuzzbucket (the ferret) with us as he loves the outdoors. This little glass vial contained ferretone (it's a vitamin supplement but they go crazy for it). It looked nice perched on a shelf in the cliff.
