A long time ago when she was just a wee girl , one of my younger daughter’s dearest friends lost her mum in tragic circumstances. “Come on Mum. You know you want to make Sarah a quilt...she hasn’t got a Mum .” So here it is , in soft sophisticated neutrals and sashed in eau de nil with a subtle gold overlay. Each block quilted with a bee... referencing her Mum’s initial . Along the lower border I have embroidered...
