I know you’ll fool me again

I’ve been troubled by a bad back all week.

Since Tuesday getting out of my bed has been a major feat of effort, drIving the car has been impossible .. but once I’m in work and either standing or stirring at my desk with painkillers I’m fine.

It’s not really my back that is the problem. I’ve had endometriosis - which resulted in a hysterectomy but it doesn’t really ‘cure’ endo. Every so often I get a flare up and this happens.

My bowel, I think, get inflamed with the endo deposits outside of it, it adheres itself to my back and gravity and movement mean that it pulls and tightens depending on my position

Toilet is impeded - that problem resolved itself last night ... and I got up this morning bright and breezy only to rise again doubled up.

No matter... a brisk, breezy, Baltic walk
Along the banking soon sorted me out! A wee trip to sainsbury for a pair of cosy socks and my Saturday has been made

Endo is settling down ... fingers crossed for an easy rise tomorrow
