Silhouette Swans

Another lovely sunny Autumn day, unfortunately the forecast suggests that's the end of the sunshine. So I decided to make the most of it and headed to the Botanic Gardens it's always nice to walk around the gardens but at this time of year with the trees changing colour and the bright sunshine and blue skies it was particularly pleasant. I took quite a few photos but this was my favourite.

It wasn't taken in the gardens but actually the pond at Inverleith Park (just beside the gardens). There were actually two mature swans (one on the left) and five young swans whose feathers haven't turned white yet.
