Harrods

A much more pleasant journey today, although very, very slow through west London.  Mum and I set off just after midday, and we'd reached west London within about three hours - but then took another two to get from there to Southwark. We enjoyed the Christmassy sights on the way though, even if in slightly slow motion. 

Checked in to our hotel, and I headed out a little later to pick us up an Indian takeaway for dinner. Had a lovely chilled out evening in the room, with tasty food and a wee snifter of port :)
