Brrrr

Mum and I got out late afternoon and walked through the sleet and snow to the Tate Modern.  Just ducked in briefly to get out of the weather and have a quick look at the Turbine Hall - then carried on along the river, over Waterloo Bridge and up to Strand.  We met up with Tim outside the Duchess Theatre, and all went for lunch together at Bella Italia.  Then back to the theatre to watch The Play That Goes Wrong.  Very silly, but good fun too.

Tim headed back home after that, and Mum and I had a wander around Covent Garden, then walked back to the Southbank.  We had a little look around the Christmas market near the Royal Festival Hall, and got some dinner and mulled wine there - and then finally went back to the hotel, somewhat worn out!
