Ambivalence...

EQC send an invoice detailing the excesses owed in the earthquake claims you’ve made. They’ve got the details pretty much wrong, so I’ve got another battle on my hands.
On one hand my life, depicted by a beautiful beach landscape, and in the other, an icon summing up the turmoil, aggro and stress of the last 7 years.
I’ll take it to the Insurance Ombudsman before I pay the $1,675 that they’re asking!
