Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge

On this very windy day we visited San Sebastian where some very brave athletes are participating in the Talisker Whiskey Atlantic Challenge. It’s a rowing event from La Gomera to Antigua a distance of 3000 miles. There are solo rowers, doubles or four rowers to each boat. They were due to leave today but the winds are too high. The blip shows some of the rowers undertaking final preparations. There are 28 boats this year.
