Ship ahoy

Catching up again, so few photo opportunities.

I have already blipped the Lego model of the Bridgewater Canal aqueduct crossing the Ship Canal, currently sitting in Salford City Council’s reception area at the Civic. This is a different angle - I quite like the colourful patterning, almost seasonal.

If I had been in more creative mode - and had had time - I should have done something to celebrate an important anniversary. 40 years ago today exactly I commenced permanent employment in local government. That is a long time - it was all very different then, in so many different ways.
