Hare Hill

I am not 100% sure when or how I damaged my knee but the most likely event was removing an old stile on the 15th August 2017 and since then my volunteering activities at Hare Hill have been severely curtailed.

But almost 4 months on from when I think I injured my knee I did a full days work at Hare Hill - and it wasn't just pottering around in the greenhouse or anything easy - it was collecting large chunks of wood from areas where trees have been felled and transporting them to the yard where we can have a fire.  My knee still feels a bit weak and I did wear a support, but it was a pleasure to be back to normal - if anything about my life can be described as 'normal' that is ;-)
