London from above

A lonnnnng journey back round the M25 , very slow moving and at a stand still at times because of broken down cars.Stopped at Cobham services for a bacon roll and cup of tea.Got to the car hire place at 12 then on a bus to Luton airport, a bendy bus to the railway station, a train into London, on to the tube, then the Dockland railway which took us to London City airport in plenty of time for our flight to Luxembourg .Worryng as the morning flight showed severe delays and was eventually cancelled.Our flight was still showing at the right time but was eventually about three hours late. They had really heavy snow at the airport in the morning with further showers. So we pleased to be on the little plane eventually. Quite a lot of turbelance , flying through hail and snow storms and they asked for all electrical devices to be turned off for landing as visability was poor. I just shut my eyes and thought of Scotland ;)
Lots of snow piled at the side of the runway and it was POURING with rain.
Straight on a bus to the city , a wait for a train and a very short walk to the hotel just before midnight , Luxembourg time so an hour ahead.
