Ain't No Place Like It

Arrived in Rio tonight after a door to door trip of over twenty hours. It is sooooo different to other places we go and simply oozes relaxation - and that's not just to do with it being 28 degrees at 11 pm!

We dropped the bags in the studio, made up the bed and headed up to Tipicamente on the corner for a few choppes (light draught unpasteurised beer) and pasteis . . . my favourites are catupiry e camaroe with molho picante - that's cheese and prawn deep fried pastries with Tabasco-type sauce!
